RoboLog is one of the research projects of the Artificial Intelligence
Working Group at the University of Koblenz. We are developing methods
for controlling and developing teams of autonomous agents. We are part
of the DFG programme
Cooperating teams of mobile robots in dynamic environments.
Our goal is to support creating smart software for
machines that have the ability to execute their tasks integrated into
the everyday lives of humans.
The most popular testbed for this research topic is RoboCup. We have been
participating in RoboCup since 1999 in Soccer Simulation
League. Besides joining the competitions, we actively participate in
the scientific events and are involved in the organization of
RoboCup. We contribute substantially to the further development of
RoboCup, as for example the 3D-simulator for soccer simulation league
was mainly developed by us. |
